First I'd heard of #TheSecretService - barely mentioned, but sounds unmissable: "(Stanley - yes, him) Unwin's missions involve frequent use of the Minimiser... regularly used on Matthew, who is reduced to a height of two feet (61 cm) to enable him to carry out covert reconnaissance where any normal-sized person would be noticed....

The human characters could start out obviously different than the androids’ #GerryAnderson #Supermarionation-style #puppets, and over the course of the film each side’s appearances would converge and become indistinguishable.

It's currently being shown in all its glory in the UK on Talking Pictures TV on Saturday afternoons. B&W, and surprisingly sophisticated in the puppetry, sets, and props.
