The #stratollite balloon launched by World View from Page (AZ) on Aug. 31 is still in the air.
After visiting Las Vegas and Alboquerque areas in past days, recent reports locate it in SW Colorado. The images below were taken near Telluride by Tony Litschewski (L) and Dean Rolley (R).

The #Stratollite launched by World View a few days ago experienced a #failure in flight that prevented the #balloon from being located in most plane tracking apps. That increases the #mystery around the last day's #sightings of the odd-shaped #vehicle.
It's a return to the old days of #ballooning when location systems were rudimentary. When one balloon couldn't be found, whoever launched it looked for news about #UFO sightings in the area to get a general presumption of their location.
