Tonight's risotto dinner is brought to you courtesy of home-grown asparagus, the last of the purple-sprouting broccoli and roasted green (spring) garlic. Flavoured with fresh dill. Served with pea shoots and radish sprouts. Not strictly vegan as it contains white wine (which of course often contains animal-derived products in the finishing process), so we'll settle for vegetarian.
