Nowhere will you find a better case-study of this phenomenon than in #Cambodia, a basket-case, one-party dictatorship that has been ruled over by the corrupt, authoritarian dictator #HunSen, a former general, since 1985.

It occurred to me that #cars are the most powerful road users. And that the car lobby is also one of the strongest. To then sit down on the street as a vulnerable pedestrian and protest, isn't that the true " #SpeakingTruthToPower " ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speaking_truth_to_power ) today? Or do you think drivers are being unfairly attacked for things they are not responsible for?
