Had a Spam call from my "Blockchain Support Department" today. She asked me why I was laughing and I asked her "What on earth is Blockchain?"
She then hung up.
I preferred Microsoft support, PPI, or accident that wasn't your fault. The latter was my favourite, you could then ask them which accident? And glad they agreed it couldn't possibly your fault after you'd had six Tequilas.
PPI I just used to ask them to describe what they were wearing.

Been digging further into the #PhoneScam and #SpamCaller stuff. This week I've been plagued with fake Microsoft callers. Turns out AQL has a website to look up the owner of a number block ([1]). Once again, it's a Voxbone number.
Sadly AQL's API is for customers only; it seems like their main data source is OFCOM [2]. It's a shame they don't seem to provide number porting data - so a number ported from BT will appear as BT.

Maybe the #SpamCaller who keeps ringing J.Edgar's ☎️📞 that keep fwd'ing their voicemails to me will slow down their frequency analysis #TrapAndTrace calls like #Meta's #BusinessModel now that the #FCC is laying down the gavel gavel to #Marktanic's when not iF the enforcement arm of #COINTELPRO steps up on the #Satire edition of the news cycles covering Republican Crimes Investigations on #SNL perhaps 💩🤖☎️📞💥🤦🤦♂️

Now and then I receive a call that my very smart phone tells me is a #spamcaller. I always regret answering. I really should trust my device more.
