    exciting stuff. Who knows what kind of revolutionary applications we'll see in

    On your loading days you'll do ~6.3mi with a good mix of z2 work

    On your recovery days you'll do 2.3mi at any intensity - walking if legs are beat up, jogging if not.

    If you get your 4 loading days in the week, you'll be at 32.1mi for the week - 7% above your *long term* average

    Some weeks you'll be tired and only get 2 or 3 loading days, some you'll be fresh and get 5.
    Don't stress this. The aim is to keep the long term average ticking up
