Me explico, yo me levanto y me hago la skincare. Antes de dormir también, cada una con el sérum/tratamiento que toque.

Pero cuando me ducho y me vuelvo a lavar la cara a las 15:30 cuando ya me he hecho la skincare a las 7:00... ¿Otra vez hidratante? ¿Os hacéis la skincare de noche si no vais a volver a salir? ¿Y si sí vais a salir más? ¿Os esquiváis la cara? Got a really generous care-package from Nivea today after having spoken to their customer service over email.

I had bought a bunch of their green rice scrub (with the new design), since I loved the old version, but apparently they've now updated the formular and made it more effective. After some back and forth (when we figured out that this change, that I had percieved as a fault, actually was an intended feature) she recommended the milder versions of the rice scrub and offered to send me some so that I could try them instead.

Today I recieved a package with not only those but three extra goodies to try out. Honestly, I'm so impressed - not only with how generous this is (after all, technically they weren't in the wrong) but also with the entire customer service experience. Being used to chat-robots and convoluted self-help FAQs, it is startlingly novel to get to talk to an actual human being - you know, one who actually reads your questions and clearly gives a damn.

PS. The pink rice scrub smells devine! I can definitely recommend.
