Was hat der gegen #IGBT? Stört ihn, daß die in der #Leistungselektronik von #Stromautos, #Solaranlagen usw. verwendet werden?

Ergänzung: Ich habe gerade eine andere Version der Liste gesehen, in der man erkennen kann, daß das, was ich für ein I hielt wohl ein kleines L ist.
Es geht also nicht um Transistoren.
