I’m a student of #yoga. Having practiced and studied asana and #yogaphilosophy so intently, I’m now a qualified and registered #yogateacher - #namaste.
I strive to maintain a #dailypractice of #mindfulness and #meditation. Presently, I’m studying #Buddhism and enjoy the #connected #consciousness found at #groupmeditation in Sunday #sangha.
