I've never seen such a simple, straightforward definition of #stress. It kinda says it all. It's from the Ten Percent Happier app, which is a #MindfulnessMeditation tool I use.
I like the definition because it isn't laden with causes or blame, but at the same time it opens the door to solutions. I'm breathing easier just having read it.
