Glad that Gny. Sgt. Hartman, e.g. Suunto, told me to have an easy run. My legs felt a bit heavy, though I would have loved to have gone further, felt like I could, as it was a glorious day out. But there wouldn't have been much left in them after spending lunchtime digging potatoes and moving half a tonne of horse poop.

Wet run. Steady pace. Looked at new trails. Which will help for when the farmers move thier livestock around and I need to find a detour around the cows.

As we set out for today's run a tannoy was letting us know that a little market stall had just set up with pain, fromage etc. When we arrived back through the village I was treated to this view. And left with some pain de la nuil, pain au chocolate, croissant, local miel et six oeufs. Now a cup of Yorkshire tea, legs up and a afternoon of the Hell of the North bicycling

So after masterfully avoiding the glorious Spanish mud yesterday, today I didn't. This snap is from just before it got worse. At least I didn't drop and there was long wet grass to run through to "wash" our legs afterwards.

I only thought of you @Wen after I had washed down the mutt ;)

Today's RAAAD was the brilliant Danish band Gasolin there was some bad singing and a lot of air guitar ;)
