Autumn colours are heading our way. Just a short run today, between work, dinner and more work. Went a different way to avoid the road works, forgetting that this causes the other lanes to be used for the rat run. Lucky it was only 150-200m of tarmac.

Well the carb loading retreat in Denmark added 2kg bulk. Though I managed about 10k, but I do think that the diet might need a wee adjustment ;)
