@teufen een bekend issue. Dat heb ik afgelopen jaar consequent vol weten te houden. Ook wel door een blessure maar daar was omheen te werken.
Sinds dit jaar de boel weer aardig op de rit. Nu #4DaagseNijmegen trainen. Kijken hoe dat uitpakt. -

In honor of the real Legends (like @teufen ) who are running the Legends Trail this weekend in Belgium I set out today to become a Local Legend again in my own neighborhood (at least on Strava). This resulted in a mixture of road, trail, dirt road and grassland and 2 Laurels in reward 😁.

My first orienteering event: I had a blast.
It was a mix of different types of exercises. Scored 17/24 checkpoints. Twice I made a big mistake while drawing on the map to solve an exercise, which made me do extra kilometers.
