After CIC's tenure and salary was brought under the executive control, none of these long eloquent judgements on #RTIAct mean anything.
Besides, Kashmir is still under seige and this court hasn't found time for emergency hearings.
So please sit down, as Fundamental Rights trump everything; even transparency.
