@jwcph @pluralistic AI seems to be the ultimate spying tool across the whole of society and industry. Right now every corner of our economy and society is being poisoned by it, collecting and analyzing data of what we do in real time. Already there is hardly any way to turn off your new car's (or phone's) data collection and automatic transmission (to any number of 3rd parties, except to yourself), including GPS, video, and other sensory data.
Now, for the first time in history people in power are able to dedicate one or more AI agent to every single person / consumer / voter on the planet. This personalized AI will then know everything about you, your (past and present) friends, movements, preferences, dreams, affairs, everything, and also know how to best manipulate you.
No wonder they need thousands of gigantic "data centers" ...
Only strong democracies and even stronger laws can stop this abuse!
