There is a new class action planned to stop the systemic #Robodebt style abuse and neglect of existing #NDIS participants by the #NDIA. The NDIA consistently violate their Model Litigation Obligations, dragging attempts to get life-saving, economy-boosting supports out for years. #Disabled people face expensive government lawyers at AAT, with little to no help.
