I need to fix and work on my:
NES consoles 1, 2, 3, 4,5- u-joint replacement
SNES- top of picture is a bit distorted, its like the upper right corner is slanted. OEM power cord, AV cable works fine with the Gamecube
Famicom & FDS- clean
Super Famicom- investigate why the console won't power on. I think I used the wrong power supply a while back and now I'm afraid I've fried it
Game Boy 1- repair screen
Game boy 2- clean, mod in backlight screen with bivert mod, replace buttons, replace display cover, replace battery cover
Game Boy Advance SP- acquire replacement battery
Game Gear- full recap. I really dread doing this one
Turbo Grafx 16- full clean and test
PSP 2k- acquire replacement battery and the compartment door
PS2- replace open/reset board if solution for non-working reset button isn't found
Xbox- clock capacitor replacement
Gamecube- replace and mod in a battery housing mod. Picoboot in the future?
Commodore 64- open up and clean out microcomputer with the disk driveSoooo with the SNES, I wanna pick brains here, because im wondering if the console needs a recap or if the ram/vram is failing. I'm hoping that it's the former but I'm still worried because that console has been my baby since 1995. It seen me through a lot of stuff
Anyways I need to remind myself to work on this little by little so this serves as motivation
