Regarding the churn of #UK Prime Ministers, #Brexit f*cked them for at least two generations, and made the place ungovernable.
The answer is simple: #Rejoin the #EU and just, be normal.
But they're a long way from that now, and even 'King' #AndyBurnham won't fix it. The slide towards #Farage and #Reform Ltd. feels more inexorable daily.
A place that's depressing and unhappy now will, in a few years, become the sheer hell the shady figures of the far-right and their puppeteers have long planned. -

Irrespective of which #government is in power at Westminster, #Labour #Tory #Reformltd or #Libdems,
they will not #rejoin the #EU, or work to the benefit of the people in #Scotland, #Wales, #England or #NorthernIreland...
they are only interested in holding power and in themselves...

#UnpopularOpinion I for one am still not able to forgive #Brexit and thus cannot support #rejoin. Iceland, Ukraine, Canada come first.

To my fellow pro-#EU #UK residents:
Petitions usually don't do anything, but this one might do a little.
The #RejoinEU petition on the Parliament website is currently at 97,395 signatures, which is near the target of 100,000.
Reaching 100,000 will trigger a parliamentary debate on rejoining the EU, just when the #Rejoin idea seems to be gaining the support of the silent majority.
So, it seems like a good idea to give this one a signature.

#Streeting then calls for "a new special relationship with the EU" and for the UK to be "one day" back in the union, adding that the country's future "lies with #Europe
Credit were credit's due to Streeting for saying the UK should #rejoin the EU out loud.

It’s the silver lining from this terrible age of Donald #Trump: he is pushing #Britain closer to the #EU
If there were a referendum tomorrow, 63% of Britons would vote to rejoin the EU, according to recent YouGov polling. Since #rejoin would probably win an even bigger landslide in many of the urban seats up for election in May, a cynic might say #Starmer had his reasons for suddenly warming to Brussels and cooling on Washington.

So let's review... A significant number of #Brexit voters have died; A significant number of #Brexit voters have changed their minds; Almost all new voters back #RejoinEU; Very few #remainers have changed their mind the other way; There is now a very clear majority to #Rejoin... Do it!
