    Trying to make an X-Men Nightcrawler style "Bamf" effect - not bothering with the teleport in, just the "explode to dust" teleport out.
    Added a random offset to each particle clone to make it easer to test at my desk - kinda fun having the clones pop up all over the place so I'll keep it as an option toggle in the effect.
