    Did you know the % of actual food vs filler in packaged goods can huge-ly vary?
    One tin of tuna had 35% tuna (cheap flavour-oil brand), while another had 73.5% (premium brand in spring water). Same goes for tomato tins, chicken nuggets, etc.

    When you shop:
    • look beyond the branding or flavouring
    • check the % of main ingredient
    • compare unit price and nutrition panels

    What matters most to you, taste? nutrition? cost? Pick your priority & read the label.
