And, OFC he doesn't know it, but in essence, he's actially right about the potential of reclaiming unused #rainfalls, in particular using #AtmosphericRivers weather conditions on the #WestCoast.

All this passive cooling instead of using A/C would have a huge impact on energy usage.I reckon that if we could capture and store the #AtmosphericRiver and #Flashflood/#Monsoon-type #rainfalls regionally, that would also be a huge game-changer.
