Just figured out why a coworker laptop didn’t boot at all: brand new #Puskill memory.
Changed them to #Crucial, booted right up. Made the change again to be sure, no POST.
This confirms me they use faulty #Samsung, #Hynix and #Micron memory chips, slap their stickers and sell them.
