Yes!
… but it bugs me that they call #US #progressives ”populists”, even themselves, it seems. It carries a strong negative connotation for me: You promise shit and won’t deliver. Like #Trump, or perussuomalaiset here in Finland. Or/and exploit people’s fears to gain power for power’s sake. Like #Farage – or again #perussuomalaiset.
I don’t see true-to-the-cause #socialdemocrats as populists at all. They have delivered. In the past, at least. Why not again.

The #Democratic Party is outdated and run by a bunch of retirees. They want a lot of money (their side money) from #Israel. In return, they offer 10x more in war aid to #Netanyahu paid by American taxpayers. This double-standard, double-salary party must go or the real #Liberals in this country will never be great again.
The #progressives have a lot of unrealistic ideologies (like to control AI) that suck. But they suck less compared to the old Democratic Party.

It's not about @thegreenparty entering #Government, as such (except as part of a #coalition), but of #Labour being excluded from Government by its own folly.

Thanks for putting things in perspective.
It is fascinating to see how Trump Voters and Progressives find common ground:
- That the American Dream is slipping away.
- Grieving, often with two incomes, the very same dead dream: reaching up to what previous generations had with one income: a middle-class life.
- Cost of living is their single biggest economic problem
- The system is rigged for the powerful. -

#Progressives lost another election and now they're complaining about the DNC. The DNC is grossly incompetent and miraculously all powerful at the same time. I feel like I've heard this one before.
For the record you should vote for progressive #NithyaRaman in Los Angeles, she amazingly did something most progressives can't fathom, she got up off the couch and ran for office.

Having their heads in their purses cost them the election and if the DNC doesn't wake up to this fact, they might lose again.
