Einen Monat, nachdem eine Störung an Bord der Proba-3-Mission dazu geführt hatte, dass die Bodenstation den Kontakt zum Koronagraphenteil der Raumsonde verloren hatte, verkündet das Missionsteam eine großartige Nachricht: Der Koronagraph hat sich gemeldet und die unterbrochene Verbindung ist wiederhergestellt. 🛰️ L'ESA a repris contact avec le Coronagraph de #Proba3 un mois après une anomalie à bord du satellite.
Le Coronagraph est désormais en mode sans échec et stable, et l'équipe de mission effectue des contrôles de santé sur le satellite pour comprendre si des parties de celui-ci ont été endommagées, notamment à cause du froid spatial, les systèmes ayant été peu alimentés et réchauffés pendant cette période.

Eine Anomalie an Bord des Koronagraphteiles der Proba-3-Mission führte zum Verlust des Kontakts zwischen dem Raumfahrzeug und der Bodenkontrolle. 🛰️🛰️ On apprend ce 6 mars que l'ESA a perdu contact avec l'un des 2 satellites #Proba3, le Coronagraph, le 14/15 février. Une anomalie à bord a déclenché une réaction en chaîne qui a entraîné une perte progressive d'attitude et empêché l'entrée en mode sans échec. Il est en mode survie.

Two European satellites mimic a total solar eclipse as scientists aim to study its corona.
The satellites have created the first artificial solar eclipse by flying in precise formation, providing hours of on-demand totality for scientists.
Dubbed Proba-3, the €181 million mission has generated 10 successful solar eclipses so far.
ESA released the eclipse pictures at the Paris Air Show on Monday.
