Well, seems that this #GrumpyOldMan will be hanging around for a little while yet. Well, at least it won't be #BowelCancer doing me in.

I've also had a recent blood test at my doctor's surgery and will go back fro the results of that next week. The only concern is that I know I'm #preDiabetic and so I'll find out if that has got better or worse.

I've always managed to avoid needing to see medical professionals but looks like getting old has put paid to that. Ho hum.

At least we still have an NHS that works in this respect. Thankfully it is a very resilient NHS as just about every government we've had recently has tried to bring it to its knees. Bastards.

#BookingAnAppointment was #SimplicityItself and #VeryQuick (within 24-hours)... #MyGP recommended some #VeryCommon and #VeryCheap #Medication and some #SmokingCessation; but, because he was also #ChronicallyObese, I also #Recommended that he try #WorkingOut maybe #TwoToThree #TimesPerWeek and #NotSitting #BehindADesk #AllHisWorkingLife...

That seemed like a #FairTransaction, right... | #LookNoQuestionMark

There will be a #FollowUp #InSoFar as I have an #ECG #Booked for #NextWeek and "they" also want a #UrineSample to #MakeSure I'm not #PreDiabetic, which I #AlreadyKnow I'm not...
