Разработка конвертера формата кардиограммы ECG в формат EDF
В предыдущей статье я разобрался с устройством формата файлов ECG кардиограммы цифрового портативного кардиографа «Кардиан-ПМ». Это было сделано с целью получения доступа к информации о кардиограмме с помощью какого-либо другого ПО. Идея пришла использовать формат EDF – популярный формат временных рядов с открытой спецификацией. Как оказалось, этот формат используют на практике также для хранения кардиограмм. Одна из популярных программ, где можно открыть этот формат, – EDFbrowser. Именно с этой программой я и предпочёл работать.

Исследование и анализ структуры файла ECG кардиографа Кардиан-ПМ
Четыре года назад у меня Хабре была статья про цифровой проприетарный формат кардиограммы, структуру которого я попытался разгадать по максимуму. В результате мне удалось увидеть формы сигналов сторонними программными инструментами, в том числе и в аудиоредакторе. Более того, я разобрался, как вычислить недостающие 4 отведения, так как в файле было записано только 8 каналов. И в целом мне повезло с форматом представления цифровых данных: никаких там ADPCM 12 бит и близко не было. В этом году пару месяцев назад мне пришлось столкнуться ещё с одним проприетарным форматом кардиограммы. На этот раз речь пойдёт о мобильном кардиографе белорусской компании «Кардиан». Основная его аппаратная часть – коробка с электроникой, куда подключаются через разъём электроды для снятия кардиограммы. Дополнительная часть – устройство со смартфоном на андроиде, оснащённое термопринтером. Обе части соединяются через Bluetooth. В основной части стоит современный популярный микроконтроллер STM32, но данная статья не про обратную разработку электроники.

I’m an experimentalist so if I was unsure (and an idiot which happens sometimes) I try walking up 2 flights of stairs to see if that made my heart race.
My doctor strongly suggested I avoid doing such experiments!
Called the cardiologist’s this morning. They can book an appointment in July … sigh

The cardiac PA at the ER told me to come back if I “felt bad” and some things are obvious like the massive dull chest pain I had Monday night.
It’s also clear that if I get out of breath and my heart’s racing that also qualifies as “bad. But it’s harder than I want it to be to determine if my resting heart rate is at a stable “high” level. This is the precondition which leads to a tracing heart rate.

When my resting heart rate is 50% over normal it’s very important to avoid physical activity that will cause heart rate to dangerously increase.
My pulse oximeter doesn’t seem to measure my heart rate well when the period is irregular (an element of atrial fibrillation).
Perhaps having a watch that can perform a simple 1-point ecg could be helpful?
Saw the Apple Ultra 2 watch can do a 1-point ecg and indicate Afib. Are there cheaper options?

[Q] Suggestions for a smart watch or other reliable portable device for measuring heart rate during extensive atrial fibrillation.
Have never had any issues with my heart and after getting Influenza A last week I now have extensive atrial fibrillation and periods of time when my resting heart rate is between 110-120 bpm. When at this heart rate at rest walking slowly up 2 flights of stairs rate rides over 150 bpm.
