I couldn't have biked this far 12 years ago when I was 63, even on an ebike. I could barely walk 1km on a good day.
I use the power less each time I do these rides. I feel myself getting stronger every time.
There are lots of hills on this route.

I started my 7 week weightloss challenge for myself, last week. I weighted 66,7 kg this morning, which is exactly 1 kg down from last week!
Yesterday I walked a lot, I wasn't even at home, and it was so good!
As I said, my goal is around the 62 kg, by the end of the first week of January. If I can keep up a good progression it is definitely doable.
