I never liked the cutting part of pocketmod, and I just realized you can just do this instead. It reads like a book for 1-6 and then you read like a book from the “back” cover (6) to read 7 and 8. Very natural and no cutting. #pocketmod

Recently ran across the idea of the pocketmod again and after a brief, "Those were cool, weren't they!" moment i found myself put out by a full 50% of the paper being unused. On one hand I don't see how to avoid that without some kind of binding. On the other hand, why not either staple bind or sew a binding, it already calls for the use of scissors, a stapler or needle and thread isn't that much more. And as far as needle and grass goes pamphlet stitching is so very easy. #pocketmod #pamphlet

@AlexGray HEIST_ACES is a #pocketmod playing-card #TTRPG I brought #backpacking, since I knew another hiker was packing cards. Draw cards for resources, draw cards for obstacles, play cards of like suit to spend resources overcoming obstacles.

Despite planning to cancel my blog, I actually made a post lol. I've been playing a lot of the solo rules of #Fluxx and thought it would be nice to have the rules as a Pocketmod, so I used #Scribus to layout anew 8-page PDF, and made that into #pocketmod format. Download from the link below if you want a copy to put in your Fluxx box!
