Some democracy needs to start a Chip Fab party: like the #PirateParty, but for RAM and SSDs instead of copyright reform.
Policy priority: Have the federal government buy a bunch of ASML kit and create a #PSE program to train operators while building a factory exclusively for PC and laptop RAM, exclusively for sale to direct (i.e., non-cloud) users of computers, not for resellers of computing services, with major quotas reserved for individuals, healthcare, education, other critical infrastructure, and small businesses.

#NYC, led by #ZorhanMamdani, is creating publicly-owned grocery stores, and that's a popular idea. Semi-analogously, who's up to getting their government to create a publicly-owned fab for PC and laptop RAM and SSDs, to be sold only to individuals and SMBs?
Maybe the #PirateParty in the #EU can reconstitute as a #NerdParty? Maybe the #NDP would consider it as a Canadian #sovereignty play? (And sell it as a #nationalSecurity play to the CPC?)

#StopKillingGames ayer estuvo en el Parlamento Europeo. Aparentemente solo ha habido oposición de Alex Voss(CDU) y quizás se ha encontrado a una nueva aliada con Katharina Barley(SPD).
La colaboración entre el Partido Pirata Europeo, Stop Killing Games, Does it Play y otros asociados. Donde destaco el gran esfuerzo de Alberto Hidalgo Cerezo, viniendo de nuestras tierras.
Al parecer, el parlamento europeo se ve favorable a lo que dice SKG.
