@NWengrov So his a proposition for you.
I created a show called #picknmix with my colleague @DJUpNorth
It's a collab. between a selector & a d.j.
The selector picks the music. And my only job as the d.j. is to ONLY mix what is given. I'm not allowed to add one record to the crate.
Takes about 40 songs to make a full show. How about you and me do a Pick & Mix Show. Then there would be music on #labr of your taste. Adding to the labr journey. Creating community.

Two things.
1. I FINALLY got a full crate by @ishotjr so the #picknmix shenanigan's will be commencing soon again.
2. After YEARS Trying to convince this dude to play on radio LIVE unsuccessfully. Tonight? I ended that streak. For the first time...I got my long time LABR Supporter and Contributor to play LIVE on LABR.
If you can? Show your love. This is a HUGE Surprise for us.. And we wanna share it with You.

Good Things, Good Times, Positive People In My Life is the lyric....
Here's the life event coming in parallel with those lyrics.
The women in the picture is my youngest daughter. Who I haven't seen since I held her in my arms since she was just about 1 year old. She's currently on her way to see me for the first time since then to plan our next #picknmix show in person. I'm a mixed bag of amazing emotion.

Good Monday Morning. Grossly annoying weekend for me. But what do we do? Turn that bad time into something positive for the future.
With that said. I got a new crate from @DJUpNorth for next week's Pick & Mix. And I can't wait to play with these records how I do.
For now, here's show 65. Let us be apart of your morning.
She picked them. I mixed them.

For those who might've missed it. Here's the first show, I did with my youngest daughter that I had the life pleasure of re-connecting with.
I don't have to really say out loud that this is my personal MOST Favourite #picknmix show to date.
It's just popped on the radio.
Loan us your ears if you can.
