Hi folks, *insert Bernie Sanders meme* but Im once again asking your help to send an email to the Australian Government about their recovery plan for the Gang-gang cockatoo and the Red-tailed Black Cockatoo.
Today is the last day.
The government needs to know that you care and that this affects your voting decisions. Even that email alone will help.
But Birdlife Australia has kindly created an email template where you can fill out with your details and will automatically do the rest for you.
If you want a customised email, you can send it before 11:59pm 7 October 2026 (TODAY) to [email protected]
Please, if you have 2 mins today.
Our birds need this.
