I counted 30 tiny Eastern Dwarf Tree Frogs on the reeds by my walk to the office this morning. Spring is definitely starting to announce itself.

We have a LOT of these, they're currently the most or 2nd most identified bird on my BirdNetPi audio ID unit.
Tiny wee birds that spend most of their time in the canopy (which for 40m tall gum trees means I rarely see them).

Definitely a day for the #birds today, a flock of my favourite YTBC this morning, then this protective pair of Wood Ducks and their seven ducklings strutting their stuff across the bike path
May the local dog owners just this once actually pay attention to the ON LEASH signs and not run their dogs loose through the wetlands
