#Optus is now insisting that I use the #MyOptus app to recharge a #Prepaid mobile phone account.They will not let me recharge using the My Optus webpage.
Looks like #Bastardry to me.
And the app is not compatible with either of my Android devices.
No sign of #ReduceReuseRepairRecycle here.
Looking at moving to #Amaysim. Sure that the price will be lower and the #UX no better.

And ... it took #Optus over 80 minutes to have a human operator engage in the "Message Us " chat support this morning.
The #ComplaintResolution person says they're very busy.
But I can talk with another complaint person!I'm thinking Enshitification has a history back to the privatisation of #PublicUtilities like electricity, gas, sewerage, water, & #TelephoneService.
