Ich hab mich nie an #Omegaverse Geschichten getraut, weil ich dachte, da gibts ganz viel toxische Maskulinität, sehr dominante Alphas, sehr submissive Omegas, aber ohne Konsens, wie es im realen BDSM üblich ist. Aber dann kam Lili B. Wilms' "Ejdon"-Reihe auf meinen Lektorats-Schreibtisch und hat mir gezeigt, dass es auch ganz anders geht.
Mit wholesome Liebesgeschichten, "consent is sexy", mit Protagonisten, die einander unterstützen.

Zum anderen dreht sich hier eine Menge um Politik: ein Präsident, der die gesamte Macht an sich reißen und den Omegas ihre Grundrechte nehmen will. Auf der anderen Seite eine Widerstandsbewegung, die sich dagegen formiert hat. Wenn euch das an eine Art #Phantastik Faschismus denken lässt, da liegt ihr richtig. Und dieses Thema hat Lili aus meiner Sicht bestens umgesetzt, auch mit ihrem #Omegaverse Worldbuilding.

Dafür, dass ich heute spontan den Prolog und einen Teil von Kapitel 1 geschrieben (nur 784 Wörter aber immerhin), mir spontan einen Titel hab einfallen lassen und mir ein Cover ausgedacht und gezeichnet habe (Dauer ca. 3 Stunden), ist es gar nicht mal so schlecht geworden.
