Spent the last few days adding audio to OUTSIDE PARTIES, my #Playdate #HorrorGame. What does it take to turn shortwave radio sounds into something scary?
As it turns out: not much.
Then I mixed in heavily-distorted voice clips I made, and synched certain sounds with the video glitches.
Next I want to make it more #NumbersStation-like, which means a) adding creepy spoken codes, and b) adding creepy little tunes. I’m intending to generate both randomly.
I’ll share a recording soon.
