I believe this to be one of the world’s greatest bottles of wine. Of the many dozens of vintages of Musar I have tried, the 1995 consistently proves to be my favorite, time and time again. And it gorgeous blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, and Carignan never fails to unfold with depth, elegance, vibrance, and a fantastic balance between umami and fruit qualities that is positively gulpable. I own four bottle of this wine. Missing Serge and the twinkle in his eye. #musar #winesoflebanon #wine

Human Rights lawyer Natasa Pirc Musar won the second round of Slovenia's presidential election on Sunday and will become the country's first female head of state.
Pirc Musar won 54% of the votes, while her rival, right-wing politician and former Foreign Minister Andze Logar, won 46%.
Her victory boosts the country's liberal bloc following the center-left coalition victory in Slovenia's parliamentary election in April.
