Looks like even the SCOTUS Justices are inclined to agree that the charges are weak. And even otherwise, it doesn't prevent government or state-funded entities from just putting their findings and prescriptions in a folder, letting platforms come to them.

And last I checked, for all the "Twitter Files" brouhaha, Musk Xitter has suffered all of zero consequences from the US government for not only cutting off the alleged jawboning channels and accusing them of jawboning, but taking Twitter's anti-MDM measures into reverse gear.

A credible jawboning charge requires either an explicit threat for non-cooperation — or an implicit threat established in patterns of punishment for non-cooperation — with government requests. Neither have been demonstrated in Missouri v. Murthy.
