I see there's a WordPress plugin to provide an #ActivityPub server, making the blog followable in the #fediverse fedi.tips/the-fediverse-beyond Is there something similar for Jekyll blogs on GitHub Pages? Could there be? I haven't looked at Activity Pub yet; if it allows for a simple read-only service, could that be done with static files? Or maybe with an initial POST when new content is added, produced by a GitHub action when changes are pushed? #MinimalComputing #MiniComp @FediTips

  6. Just switched servers to the humanities commons one, so doing #introduction again. First , thank you to the hcommons crew this space. Server is running wonderfully. I'm Alex, by now one of the new olds of #digitalhumanities I think. Interested in #caribbeanstudies #bookhistory #minicomp #publichumanities #digitalhistory #libraries. Here's hoping we create a good more paused alternative to Twitter here.
