Durch die Sportabstinenz des letzten halben Jahres ist er auf 8,5 % geklettert. Mein Hausarzt hat mir daher zusätzlich "Jardiance", einen SGLT2-Hemmer verordnet, den ich nun seit 14 Tagen nehme. Neben einem #Gewichtsverlust von aktuell 2,3 kg ist auch mein Blutdruck deutlich nach unten gegangen.
