I have been on vacation in the Basque Country (French side 😄).
The "piment d'Espelette" is a famous product of the area.
It tastes wonderful. You sprinkle a bit of it over your cooked dish or add it in the last minute of cooking. It develops a warm and rich spiceness from your dish's temperature.This is a sketch for a coming watercolour version. HOT stuff 🌶️
