Am Wochenende hat mein Kopf aus dem Wort Schildkröte eine Chillkröte gemacht. Das Wortspiel gefiel mir und ich habe mir die Idee gleich notiert. Inzwischen habe ich den Gag visualisiert.

In English, this animal is called a turtle. In German, we call it a "shield toad" instead. The word "Schild" is pronounced very similarly like "shield". Furthermore, the word "to chill" has found its way into German language, too. So from a "shield toad" my brain formed the word "chill toad".

One additional pic which shows the panel still fixed on my work pallet. The afternoon sun lights the area where the cellar light is. It adds beautifully to the effect 😍
