Hey #swift / #swiftlang and #swiftui people, how do you determine the height of the window frame (toolbar and title bar) in macOS? I am asking because I want to work around an issue in #MapKit for #swiftui where the #MapReader / #MapProxy is producing the wrong coordinates from clicks. They get offsetted by the height of the toolbar (hiding the toolbar and going fullscreen eliminates the offset). So the workaround would be to subtract the toolbar height.
