Building a custom digital doorbell system ... an #ESP32 taps into a legacy #Elvox/Voxie chime circuit, bridges it over Wi‑Fi via a #MikroTik cAP ac, and pushes alerts to three portable #M5Stack Core2 units over ESP-NOW. Ring -> devices ping -> trusted users tap to unlock.
I usually live in Python and ansible land, but hacking real hardware is a genuine nerd pleasure whenever it gets time. Firmware & enclosure WIP! 📡

Just for #fun I made some Barcode Clocks for the #M5StackCore
There is a Kix barcode, which is pretty interesting, the Code3x and Barcode39 look about the same, but are still kind of interesting.
But I think the non-barcode Fractions Clock is the most interesting, but I couldn't quite get everything centered on the screen right.... still how it changes is more interesting then seeing lines change.#Barcode #KixBarcode #Barcode39 #Code3x #Fractions #Math #ESP32 #M5Stack #Arduino
