Taught myself to smoke a rack of baby back ribs today! Got a new remote thermometer to check the progress, mixed my own dry rub to coat the ribs overnight. Wrapped them in foil to steam with apple juice, honey, and butter. Half the ribs got Rib Rack BBQ sauce at the end, and I enjoyed a #LongDrink. They just turned out so tender and aromatic, I couldn't be more satisfied with them. Successful inaugural run with my WSM, Reykketill. #grilling #LaugardagsLogi (Saturday grilling) #OldNorse

Auf Eis shaken und in ein mit 100g Eiswürfeln gefülltes #Longdrink Glas füllen. Dann 2 cl Grenadine über einen Barlöffel floaten.

Mit Minzezweig garnieren und servieren.
