The first four episodes of the eight-episode drama were a challenge to get through. I gritted my teeth and stuck it out for Ms.Jung, but was thinking of a drop
I was very glad I did not because the last four episodes showed a cohesion to the storyline and the characters that seemed to be missing in the first four.
The highlight for me was the emotions on display from the two long-time friends who had drifted apart due to the circumstance at the core of the plot. I had been looking at scoring this 7.5 until finally those two key characters came together in a way that I found profoundly satisfying.
The moral and message of the story were simple and explicitly stated in the last couple of episodes, but presented with sincerity and conviction by a talented cast.
