#Lawyers - and especially #NewLawyers and #Litigators
I highly recommend former Bankruptcy Judge Robert Kressel's #LegalWriting guidelines. https://www.isba.org/sections/bench/newsletter/2010/04/savetheadverb
Legal writing does not have to be ugly, wordy, and impenetrable. Your job as a legal advocate is to get your point across clearly and persuasively. "Legalese" detracts from that even though we all use it. Everything you write should be with an overwhelming empathy for the reader. Clear, straightforward writing is good writing!
