Auf #Linaros #Hausmesse #LinaroConnect 2025 war eines der Themen der Prototyp eines #ARM- #Laptops mit #Linux als #Betriebssystem, an dem #TUXEDO Computers mit Unterstützung von #Linaro arbeitet. Linaro ist eine Non-Profit-Organisation, die sich auf die Entwicklung von Open-Source-Software für ARM-basierte Geräte konzentriert und von verschiedenen Halbleiterherstellern getragen wird.

#LinaroConnect MAD24 is done.

I had a session about SBSA Reference Platform which went well.

Then was demo. Got little attention, had interesting discussions about differences between DeviceTree and ACPI philosophies, SystemReady certifications etc.

Many good talks, discussions, food. Definitely better than previous year one.

Today I rest, tomorrow start sightseeing. First Metro Museum.

Ten years of Trusted Firmware project celebration at #LinaroConnect

This year #LinaroConnect swag is as useful as last year backpack.

Everyone got "Anker 622 magnetic battery". Which is 3000mAh battery compatible with some iPhone models.

For other phones it oversized powerbank of small capacity.

Will give someone as a gift or something.

"this is probably the best remembered #LinaroConnect keynote" said Grant Likely after second slide of his keynote had "xv-utils" instead of "xz-utils".

#LinaroConnect may start on Tuesday but I am already here.

So many people to meet.

There is one thing done quite wrong at #linaroconnect - profile photo sessions.

White background? Check
Good lights? Check

But at same time?

Screens reflecting in glasses? Check

San Diego had it, London had it too.

Good to have friends who know how to edit photos.

GnuPG keys from #linaroconnect signed and sent.

#linaroconnect day+2: rest.

Slept enough, no rush to do anything today, gonna drink good coffee and eat good breakfast.

#linaroconnect is over. It was a good event. Met friends, coworkers, randoms.

Now walking randomly in London.

Visited 197 North Gover street, took a photo of boring building. Bought one manga in Forbidden Planet. Ate fish and chips.

Need to buy one, two things and tomorrow I go back home.

Arm64 linux kernel update status session at #linaroconnect has nice graphics.

English breakfast at #linaroconnect has one good thing.

First day of #linaroconnect is SystemReady day. I am at 4th talk about it, spoke with ACS developer about my complains (they like it), saw some new things.

Good day so far.

I like how some slides show missed review.

It is not the first time I see "confidential" written on slides during public, recorded talk.
