I started exercising again in last couple of week (with concistency!) after taking almost solid year to recover from the 2 surgeries and then hitting a wall over and over again because when you stop doing something with ADHD, it is like starting it from level -1000 instead of "picking it where you left off" (lucky neurotypicals...).
Now my body is super achy, but I hope my high blood pressure would like it and get better soon.
