We've just released a new reports feature! 📑 🥳 👓
Right now there is just one report (catering 🍗), but we plan to add more as they are needed.
Is there a report you're missing? Let us know so we can add it!

We've refactored the UI of the expenses table to include the payments breakdown in a collapsible section of each row.
The previous version required the user to open a modal, where the list of payments was mixed together with the form to create a new payment.

A few weeks ago, some users started translating LibreWeddingPlanner into Dutch and German. And we're very grateful! Since we've been adding more feature, we're lagging a bit behind on translations.
Would you be willing to give us a hand?
If you'd like to see LibreWeddingPlanner translated to your language, just do it in Weblate!

The table distributions feature is, without any doubt, where we have spent most of our development efforts.
It runs an algorithm to organize guests in tables of different sizes, maximizing the affinity between guests. It takes into account parameters like affinity between groups (from best friends to enemies and everything in between), the guests included in the same invitation, and the table sizes.

Yesterday we fixed a bug where the captcha was not properly displayed in the registration page. This issue was brought to our attention by some of the early users. Keep feedback coming!

The expense tracker in #LibreWeddingPlanner is the perfect place to keep track of all the expenses and payments involved in a wedding.
Additional configuration like pricing type and cost center are described with more detail in the feature documentation:

Don't let expenses spiral our of control!

In the "Guests" section of #LibreWeddingPlanner you can see the list of guests along with their status and the group they belong to.
The documentation is as concise as it could be: https://libreweddingplanner.org/docs/Features/guests
We're intentionally not collecting emails or phones from the guests, as they should not need to disclose that information to us (or any planner) to get invited to a #wedding. You don't even need to use real names to keep your most private guests safe!

In #LibreWeddingPlanner we have a dashboard where you can find the big numbers at a glance.
