So, in the early 2000s, Gamestop was legendary for cheap, used games including assorted demos and the like.

In that timeframe, while I was finishing my undergrad degree, for a grand total of about 20-25 bucks (numbers are fuzzy, it was over 20 years ago), I got the following: Pac-Man VS and The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition both for the Gamecube. Both were giveaways / pre-order items originally, but were sitting on the shelves used when I got them.

The first is an AMAZING multi-player Pac-Man game where on the TV, up to three players work together with limited visibility as the ghosts and the fourth player, using a Gameboy Advance to Gamecube connection cable, play as Pac-Man. A lot of fun had been had with that game over the years.

The second, LoZ Collector's Edition, had on a single Gamecube disc the following games: Zelda 1 (NES), Zelda 2 (NES), Oracina of Time (N64), and Majora's Mask (N64).

I still have both complete in box. The latter, it appears, goes for over $100 on eBay and assorted online game stores.

I mean, I'm not planning to sell either of them, I just find it fascinating.

I'm not really sold on the "realistic-ish" visual style in the OOT remake (even though I don't have terribly strong nostalgia for the very rough early 3D graphics of the N64), but it isn't quite as jarring in motion than in the stills I've seen posted, I guess...

I had a lovely time playing EoW while recovering from top surgery, so I wanted to share my experience with the final boss and ending.
