Part of me worried that all the intellectuals and #leftleaning folks abandoning X would make it a dumber echo chamber. That's not true, #Elon did it that before or during the time we all left. Xeets have 3% the reach that a tweet used to get. Most of the algorithms are too busy pushing #righwing BS, so you are screaming into the void if you bother to try over there. The marketplace of ideas is rigged there. If this was a physical marketplace like amazon, this would be a monopoly. At this point xitter is just truthsocial with the illusion of choice and diversity. The first people you get recommended to follow if you aren't following anyone or open a new account is al right wing assholes. X is a propaganda machine and serves no real value to anyone outside of people who need the reach to sell items to survive. -
This data could show that maybe Gen Z is more left leaning than older generations. If Gen Z voted for Mamdani, there is an appetite for progressive/socialist politics instead of weak liberal policies coming from the Democrat party.

Hey all...I am currently a Full Stack Developer but have been writing software for a long time. I use .NET mostly, with some Python thrown in. Just starting to get into some Android Java programming as well.
